It is with great sadness that the family of the late MYRTLE M. HYNES of Rushoon, announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center in Burin on Thursday January 5, 2012 at the age of 75. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are Husband Joseph of 51 years; Sons Louis (Dianna Yade) of Mount Pearl, Gary (Anita) of Marystown, and Norman (Charlene) of Fort McMurray; Daughters Bernice Walsh of Marystown, Angela (George Coish) of Fort McMurray, Levina (Lorne Murphy) of Parker`s Cove, and Judy (Keith Gaulton) of Rushoon; Sister Mary Hayden (Eddy); Brother Fred Norman (Marie); 14 Grandchildren Jamie, Tommy, Joella, Frankie, Lorna, Gary, Louis, Taylor, Erica, Michael, Matthew, Kelsey, Amanda and Stephanie; 12 Great-Grandchildren; plus a large circle of family and friends. Pre-deceased by Parents Fredrick & Sarah Norman, Brothers Michael and James Norman.

Funeral Mass took place from Christ the King RC Church in Rushoon on Saturday January 7, 2012 at 11:00am. Interment followed at Christ The King RC Cemetery in Rushoon. In Myrtle’s memory, donations may be made to the Hynes family. No flowers by request of the family.
