WOODMAN, Annie Florence (Elford) — September 19, 1930 to January 2, 2012. Passed peacefully away at the QE2 Hospital in Halifax, Nova Scotia on January 2, 2012. Predeceased by her husband Harrison (2010), son Herman, two infant babies, sisters Pansy (Robert Thorne), Daisy, parents Fred and Nellie Elford. Leaving to mourn with happy memories and to celebrate her life with thanksgiving, her sons: Roy (Alma), Wasaga Beach, ON, Barry (Iris), Dartmouth, NS; daughter-in-law Darlene, Kingston, ON; sisters: Marie (Ross), Myrtle (Absalome), Verlie (Garfield), Julie (Edgar); eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews, relations and friends; brother-in-law Harry Wareham; 2 sisters-in-law: Mary Woodman and Florence Church. We will remember her by her endless support, love and laughter, always proud of her family and friends that she met along the way. She will be with us forever in our hearts. Cremation has taken place. A gathering of family and friends will take place at St. Augustine’s Anglican Church, New Harbour on Sunday, January 8 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Monday, January 9 at 2:00 p.m. In-cremation to follow at Anglican Cemetery in New Harbour. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Augustine’s Anglican Church Cemetery Fund.
