It is with great sorrow that the family of Dr. Albert Roberts, Retired Dean of Part time Studies, Memorial University, announce his passing at the age of 83 years. Left with fond memories are his wife Pamela (nee Tulk) of 42 years; sons: Paul (Rhonda), Kent (Monique) and Geoff Clouston; grandchildren: Micheal, Lauren, Halley, Cameron and Sarah. Predeceased by his parents and his first wife Sarah Skinner. Dr. Roberts was a graduate of Acadia, Indiana and Harvard Universities and spent his career in teaching and administrative positions at Memorial University. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Wednesday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral service to take place from St. Augustine’s Anglican Church at 2 p.m. with interment to follow at The Anglican Cemetery on Forest Road.
