Age 81 years of Freshwater, formerly of Deep Cove, Placentia Bay. Passed peacefully away at Placentia Hospital on November 25, 2009. Predeceased by her husbands Cletus Ryan (1982) and Michael Dray (2001); baby Cletus (1956); parents William and Selina Collins; brothers: William, Daniel, Jack, Garrett and Denis; as well as her sisters: Len and Bridget. Left with loving memories are her children: Jacinta (Dave) Traverse, Eugene (Jane), Majella (Linda), Helena (Keith) Kennedy and Ross (Heather); step-children: Steve (Doreen) Dray, Jim (Hilda) Dray and Anne Dray; grandchildren: Tammy (Craig) O'keefe, Ryan (Ann Marie) Traverse, Meghan Traverse, Christopher (Allison) and Jennifer Ryan, Ashley, and Vicky Kennedy, Alex and Taylor Ryan; step-grandchildren Maria, Katherine and Michael Dray; great-grandchildren: Zachary and Connor, TJ and Alex, and Caleb; along with a large number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends all of whom she held a special place in her heart. Resting at Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia on Thursday and Friday from 2 pm to 9 pm. Funeral Mass to take place 11 am on Saturday November 28, 2009 at Holy Rosary Church, Freshwater.
