It is with heartfelt sorrow we announce the passing of our devoted and precious mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at the age of 71 years, surrounded by her loving family, Madonna Marie Woodfine (nee Phillips). Left to cherish her life are five sons: Tom (Adele), David, Michael (Marlene), John (Cheryl), Darren; two daughters Michelle Squires (Errol) and Donna; three brothers: Charles (Eileen), Tom (Marina), Doug; four sisters: twin sister Maureen Pritchett (Ed), Joan White (Fred), Teresa Miller (John) and Margaret Ihde; special granddaughter Leslie Squires Deneif; 19 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and special friends Henry (Skip) Thoden and Jo-anne Lane; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road, on Friday and Saturday from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 16, 2012 at 9:30 am from St. Teresa’s Church. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Madonna’s name may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation or Children’s Wish Foundation.
