The death occurred at the home of his mother, Mae E. MacLean of North Freetown Road, Freetown, on Thursday Nov. 26, 2009, of Shane E. MacLean of Royalty Road, Winsloe, aged 48 years. Born in Charlottetown on Feb. 2, 1961, son of Mae E. (MacKinnon) MacLean and the late Gordon L. MacLean. Brother of Gordon, Calgary and Freetown. Father of Michelle (Wendell) LaBobe, Charlottetown, Shaun (Karrie), Pleasant Grove and Victor (Rachel), Kingston. Grandfather to Emma Mae, Kiara, Bradley, Ty, Aiden and Parker. Resting at Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, where a private family visitation and funeral will be held on Sunday. Interment in the Highfield Cemetery.
