Leo Quinn
The family of the late Leo Quinn would like to express our heartfelt thank you to all who offered their support during the sudden loss of our husband, dad, granddad and brother. We appreciated the food, flowers, mass and sympathy cards, monetary donations, emails and visits to our home, the funeral home and church. A special thank you goes to Dr. Myatt and Janice for their many years of watching out for Dad. Thank you to Father Paul Murphy and Father Everett McDow for the service and Father Paul MacGillivary for just being there on that fateful day. To Edith Cormier (Terry’s wife), your tribute to Dad was absolutely perfect, he would have been so proud to hear it. Thank you to Edith and Heather Sampson for the readings. To the members of the Steelworker’s and Pensioner’s Club, thank you for the luncheon provided after the funeral service and for all the wonderful years you gave Dad. His life for over 20 years revolved around the club because of the great friends he had there. Thank you to the pallbearers, Dad’s nephews: Stuart Quinn, Ross Preeper, Lorne Quinn, Thom McCabe, Ronnie MacDonald and Ernie MacKinnon. Lastly, thank you to Bill Laurie and his staff at the Pier Community Funeral Home. Your professionalism truly helped us through a very difficult time.
