Susan Gushue
We, the family of the late Susan Gushue, would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thank-you to our family and friends for the kindness shown to us during the recent loss of our mother. To our many friends who phoned, sent flowers, mass cards, brought food to our homes, sent e-mails and on-line condolences, donations in Mom's memory and remembered us in their prayers, we are forever grateful. To all those who attended Mom's funeral we thank you for your words and comfort and support. Our thanks to celebrant, Father Paul Murphy who gave our mother the send off she deserved. To the choir at Holy Redeemer, thank you for the beautiful hymns. Thank you to the pallbearers, Sam Carter, Gary Galivan, Jim Hollahan, Wesley Nichols, Luke Neville and Dylan Dicks. Thank you to readers Jamie MacNeil and Mom's dear friend Lillian MacIver. A special thank you to our wonderful sister-in-law Annie Curran, who was always so good to our mother. We would also like to thank Bill Curry and the staff of Curry's Funeral Home fr their professional service. To Dr. James Archibald thank you for the care and kindness you provided. Our sincere thank you Father Michael Rankin and Father Bill Roach for their daily blessings. Thank you to the staff of the MacGillivray Guest Home for their professional care. Thank - you to all of Mom's dear friends in the MacGillivray Guest Home Enriched Housing Unit. Finally, a special thank-you to LPN Charlene MacDonald who looked after our mother for 18 years. Your expert care made it possible for her to maintain her independence, and for that we are eternally grateful.
