Our beloved mother, Sigrun Thelma Anderson, has passed away. She was the anchor and light in our lives, our best friend, our rock. We will greatly miss her kind, loving ways.
Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba to parents Gundrun and William Barnes, mom was predeceased by her brothers Bill, Leo, Allan, Lloyd and Claude, and two sisters, each one named Runa.
She is survived by her brother Tom and sister Rea; her children John (Carole), Bud (Maureen), Brian, Rachel (Mark) and Walter (Carole); many nephews, nieces, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with extended grandchildren, all of whom called her Grandma GG.
We wish to thank the staff at Totem Lodge for their care and kindness shown to our mother.
