At his home on Saturday, November 28, 2009, of Lloyd George Gamble, beloved husband of Diane (Adams), aged 57, of Alaska. Born on March 6, 1952, son of George and Ruth (Smith) Gamble of Alaska. Loving Father of Tony (Serge Cote), Charlottetown; Rodney (Marlena), Wellington; Shelly (Chris O' Halloran), Alaska; and Tammy (Rodney Clements), West Devon. Cherished grandfather of eight grandchildren. Brother of Betty Fitzgerald, Wayne (Pearl) Gamble, Clara (Allan) Gillis, all of Alaska; and Norman (Sue) Gamble, Poplar Grove. Brother-in-law of Reby (Carl) Sharpe, Charlottetown; Marie (Stan) Paugh, Conway; Kathy (Johnny) Gaudet, St. Nicholas; and Danny (Marcella) Adams, Mont Carmel. Predeceased by his first Sylvia (Richard), granddaughter Katelyn in infancy, parents-in-law Daniel and Gertrude (Wagner) Adams, and brother in law Roger Fitzgerald. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel O'Leary with visiting hours Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral to be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. from the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow in the West Devon United Church cemetery. Memorials to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the West Devon United Church Cemetery Fund would be appreciated.
