Ross: William (Bill) Passed suddenly on October 19, 2006. He was the son of Margaret Evelyn and Hugh Murray Ross. He was born in Prince Albert, SK., and moved to Trail at a very young age where he grew up. As a young man, he moved to the Vancouver area, where he met his wife of 25 years, Irene. He moved to Kamloops to raise his family. He was an active member of his community, participating in the Elks and Legion. He was a respected businessman. He was predeceased by his brother Austin. He is survived by his 3 sons: Donald, Lloyd, and Philip. In Bill's younger days he enjoyed fishing, a good game of cards or pool. He moved back to the Kootenays about 15 years ago, where he met his companion, Maxine Kryski, who also predeceased him. He will be missed by his sons and friends. A private gathering will be held.
