Passed peacefully away on Monday, February 25, 2008 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, James Raymond Fowler of St. John's, aged 78 years. Predeceased by father William Fowler; son Darren Fowler; three sisters: Vera Pynn, Angela Fritz and Jean Stefenak. Leaving to mourn wife Daphne; sons: Tony (Mary), Paul (Tracy); daughters: Sandra Barrett (Rick), Dawn Crocker (Chris); two grandchildren: Kylie and Delia; mother Janet Fowler of Brigus; brothers: Kevin of Michigan (Jan), Robert (Shirley) and Eric; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Wednesday from 12 noon - 9 p.m. Funeral Service on Thursday, February 28th, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. from Caul's Chapel. Cremation to follow. No flowers by request. Donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
