Age 70 yrs. old, born August 26, 1941. Passed peacefully away on January 24th, 2012 at the Ottawa General Hospital with his loving sons by his side. Predeceased by his parents James and Ethel Diamond, brother John Diamond, sister-in-Law Joyce Diamond and brothers-in-Law George Wight, Dr. James Miller. Leaving to mourn with loving precious memories, his sons he was so proud of, Trevor and Darryl (Michelle Isaacs), special friend Julia Diamond (mother of his sons), Cyril Power and Winston's sisters, Marina Wight, Carol Miller and Heather Richardson as well as a large number of nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service to his memory will be held at a later date (summer) in Adams Cove, NL. Donations in Winston's Memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
