Passed peacefully away on January 25, 2012 in the presence of her three loving daughters, Margaret Grant, age 87 years. Margaret was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland. She served as a proud member of the British Royal Navy during World War II. Predeceased by her husband, Dr. George Grant. Left with fond memories her daughters: Alison Powell (Don), Gillian Grant (Gerry Donovan) and Fiona Grant (Bruce Sheppard); two grandchildren: Alexandra Grant and Callum Donovan; extended family (Alison and Don’s Girls): Sari and Kati Piros. At Margaret’s request, cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at 4 Inverness Place on Saturday, January 28, from 3-6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Margaret’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
