NORAH JANET GAIR January 15, 1932 ~ November 14, 2006 Born in Alexis Creek, B.C., Norah was predeceased by her husband Simon Gair in 1999, her mother Annie Hutchinson in 2000 and her youngest daughter Catherine M. Wilson in 1978. Norah worked at the Tranquille School in the laundry from 1971 till it closed in 1985. Norah and Simon loved to go hunting and fishing. They belonged to the Old Time Fiddlers and enjoyed many years working and dancing with the group. Norah is survived by daughters Juanita Wilson, Bettyanne Gair (Ron-also a step-son), step-sons Larry Gair (Darlene) and Rob Gair (Sher), also sisters Eileen Beblow (Bill), Mary Robillard, Lucille Schill (Frank) and brother Bill Hutchinson (Betty). Norah is also survived by grandchildren, Melainie Hatt (Scott), Jody Mynio (Dan), Brianne, Dalton and Dale and great grandsons Kyle, Maxwell, Logan and Sawyer. Thanks to all at the Ponderosa Lodge and the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home. Pastor Don Maione will conduct the memorial service in the Schoening Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kamloops Hospice Home, 72 Whiteshield Cres., South, Kamloops, B.C.
