With a beautiful smile and caring heart, passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Complex on Monday, January 30th, 2012 at the age of 86. Predeceased by her husband Kevin; son Kevin (Butch); son-in-law Greg Tobin (Sr); brothers: Al, Jim, Stan, Will, Mike and Ray; and sister May. Leaving to celebrate her life with wonderful memories are her daughter Lynn Tobin; son Don (Kathy); grandchildren: Jennifer (Bryan) Rowe, Greg (Heather) Tobin, and Kerri & Stephanie Burton; great-grandchildren: Gavin & Gia Tobin, and Amelya & Jewelya Rowe. Also leaving to mourn are her special friends and staff at Karwood Retirement. She will be lovingly remembered and forever missed. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, on Wednesday, February 1st, from 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, February 2nd, from 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. Funeral service to be held at Barrett’s Chapel on Friday, February 3rd, at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Society.
