In Loving Memory of Marvin Verne Stone 1934-2006 Marvin Stone of Kamloops, B.C. passed away peacefully at the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home on Thursday, December 7, 2006 at the age of 72 years. Marvin leaves his loving wife of 45 years "Nurse Noreen", sons; Marvin Jr., Chris (Cindy), Paul (Kim) adopted son/nephew Herb (Susan), his daughters; Amber-Marie (Trevor), and Paula (Rory), his grandchildren; Brianna, Mikayla, Tyson, Haylee and Evangeline. He also leaves his brothers; Albert, Rob, and Carson, sisters; Sherlie, Sharon, Audre, Ellen, Louise, Deanna, Darlene and step mother Bell Stone. Marvin founded Stone and Company, Certified General Accountants in 1970 and continued to work through "Tax Time" 2006. Marvin was an active member of the Kamloops North Rotary Club for 32 years and always involved in volunteer community organizations during his career. A Celebration of Marvin's Life will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. at the North Shore Community Centre, 730 Cottonwood Avenue. The family wishes that any expression of sympathy take the form of donations to the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation towards Cancer Services, 311 Columbia Street., Kamloops, B.C.
