DALLAIRE, JOSEPH - 1915 - 2012 - Joseph Dallaire, 96, of Residence Au Benaise, Saint-Antoine and formerly of Sainte-Marie de Kent passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, February 4th, 2012 at the Dr Georges L Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton. He was married to the late Hélène Allain (2005). Born in Sainte-Marie de Kent on October 20th, 1915, he was the son of the late Clément and the late Judith (Bastarache) Dallaire. Joseph was a member of the Sainte-Marie de Kent Golden Age Club. He will be sadly missed be his two daughters; Fernande McFadden (Mike) of Bouctouche and Gisèle LeBlanc (Bernard) of Moncton, his four grandchildren; Charles, Christine, Mario and Stephanie and five great grandchildren; Ashley, Céline, Britney, Mikel and Nicholas. He also leaves to mourn one sister Marguerite Cormier (Edmond) of Sainte-Marie de Kent, one brother Gerard (Rita) of Littleton, MA, several nephews and nieces and a special friend Hermine Cormier. He was predeceased by four sisters; Elise, Florence, Rita and Mélanie and three brothers; Philias, Eric and Paul.
Visitations will be held at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie de Kent on Monday, February 6, 2012 from 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Church in Sainte-Marie de Kent on Tuesday, February 7th, 2012 at 7:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring. In Joseph’s memory donations can be made to the Dr Georges L Dumont Hospital Foundation. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
