Lorne Grant passed peacefully at Toronto East General Hospital on Feb. 2, 2012,
Born in Point Edward, Lorne was son of the late Stanley and Emma Grant; husband to the late Eileen (Herrell) Grant.
Survived by his children, William McCutcheon (Karen) and Kathleen Ovcjak (Rudy); eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, all of Toronto. He is also survived by his brothers, Sidney (Beatrice), Point Edward and Darrell (Laura), Newfoundland; sisters, Mary McPherson (Leonard), Point Edward, Patricia Doucette and Germaine Hamm (Dave), Edmonton. He will be remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral is under the direction of Ridley’s Funeral Home, Toronto.
Interment Wednesday at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Woodbridge.
