Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, February 6, 2012, Hayward Fry of Brigus, aged 80 years. Predeceased by his parents James & Elsie (nee Spracklin), wife Elizabeth (nee Peddle), son, Gary, sister, Florence Marshall, parents-in-law, Edward & Sarah Peddle. Leaving to mourn his five sons: Avery (Gail) of Cupids, Jim (Cynthia) of Hr. Grace, Donald of Whitby, Ontario, Boyd of St. John’s and Dwight (Carolyn) of Victoria; grandchildren: Krista (Leigh), Ryan (Stephanie), Noelle, Matthew (Brittany), Candice (Ryan), Donald Jr, Elliot, Evan, Megan and Morgan; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Broughton’s Funeral Home, Brigus with visitation on Tuesday & Wednesday from 1-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m., Thursday from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. Funeral to take place on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. from The Anglican Parish of The Resurrection, South River with interment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery, Brigus.
