RONALD (RON) JAMES ROBB
Lieu de naissance : Canada
Lieu de décès : Canada
March 12, 1942 - Nov. 30, 2009
It is with great sadness that Ron's family announces his passing on November 30, 2009, at age 67, at Kamloops Hospice House after his courageous battle with cancer.
Ron will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Sharon, son, Ryan (Carol) of Kamloops, daughter, Heather, sister, Dodie Helm, and brothers Jimmy McMahon (Betty), and Darwin McMahon and several special nieces and nephews. Ron leaves fond memories in the heart of his one grand-daughter, Payton Robb.
Ron was an avid fisherman and had an extraordinary "green thumb." He spent a great deal of his spare time woodworking, making special projects like his famous 'potato bin.' His interests also included archery and it was through the Kamloops Archery Club that Ron met several lifetime friends. He was a draftsman for B.C. Tel before his retirement in 1999. He will be remembered for his Chevy trucks, his love of baseball hats and his many tools.
A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Paul Farrell for the care and support he provided to Ron.
Should friends or family desire, donations to the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home, 72 Whiteshield Crescent South, Kamloops, B.C. V2E 2S9 in memory of Ron would be appreciated.
No formal service by request.
