Barbara Nicholson
We, the family of Barbara Nicholson, wish to express our most sincere appreciation and thanks to each and everyone for the overwhelming love and support shown to us before, during, and after the passing of our loved one. Very special thanks to our neighbors, relatives and friends for the gifts of food brought to our home, to all who made memorial donations, sent cards and letters, or made other expressions of condolence, and to all who attended the visitation and service. Sincere and heartfelt thanks to Rev. Ritchie Robinson for the wonderful and well chosen words of comfort and personal references regarding Barbara’s involvement in all church activities, and also to Nancy and the St. Giles Choir for the beautiful music. Many thanks to her Sisters and Brothers of Munro Chapter #26 OES for their touching service; Barb would have been very proud. We also thank her teammates of the Cape Breastoners Dragon Boat Team who attended the service as a body and formed a Guard of Honor at the church. It was a most fitting tribute to Barb and greatly appreciated by the family. A special thanks is expressed to the pallbearers, and to Peter Walsh of W.J. Dooley Funeral Home for his caring professional guidance. Last, but certainly not least, sincere thanks to the members of St. Giles Ladies Auxiliary who in their traditional gracious manner provided a delightful lunch following the service. We shall be forever grateful to all who helped us in every way during this difficult time.
