DALEN Carol passed away peacefully in her home with family by her side on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband Gerry; two daughters: Dr. Dawn Dalen of Kelowna, Codi-Lynn Dalen (Mason) of Whistler; her mother and father, Lloyd and Bev Quist of Kelowna; brother Dale Quist (Judy) of Kelowna; three sisters: Cheryle Flamond of Victoria, Diana Reid (Daryle) of Saskatoon, and Donna Wright (Larry) of Stewartsville, NJ. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 29th at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, B.C. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Centre for the Southern Interior, 399 Royal Avenue, Kelowna, B.C., V1Y 5L3.
