In Loving Memory of Fern Lucille Fetterly It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Fern Lucille Fetterly of Kamloops at Royal Inland Hospital on December 25, 2006 at the age of 84 years. Fern was born in Carmangay, Alberta on January 21, 1922. Fern is survived by her children; Lynne (Jim) Davie and Wayne (Marilyn) Fetterly, grandchildren; Dwayne (Kim) Davie and Jamie Davie, Dean (Dana) Fetterly, and Chad Fetterly, her great grandchildren Brennan and Sydney Fetterly, Rylan, Jaeda, and Brianna Davie, sister Jessie McEachern and brother Ken McEachern. Fern was predeceased by her husband Gordon in 1972 and granddaughter Tina in 2005. Fern made many friends while volunteering at the Sagebrush Theatre for twenty years, the Coliseum, Heart and Stroke Foundation and the RCMP Community policing office. She was also PR for Cystic Fibrosis for twenty years in Kamloops. Fern loved to be active and lived her life to the fullest, her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren meant the world to her. There will be an informal Memorial Tea held for Fern at a later date in January with details to follow. The family wishes that any expression of sympathy take the form of donations to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Kamloops Chapter) at 525 West Battle Street, Kamloops, B.C.
