Passed peacefully, away after a long and courageous battle with cancer at The Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Friday February 10, 2012, Olive S. Banfield of Bay L’Argent in her 55th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are Husband Lewis; Sons Richard and Mark; Brothers Maxwell (Catherine) Scott, Clyde (Elsie), Samuel (Diane), Guy (Sharon), Brian (Sandi); and Sisters Shirley (Clarence) Bullen, Elsie and Gloria; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Pre-deceased by Parents George and Elizabeth; Sister Lillian Martin.

Funeral Service took place on Monday February 13, 2012 at 2:00pm from St. Hilda’s Anglican Church in Bay L’Argent. Interment followed at the St. Hilda’s Anglican Cemetery in Bay L’Argent. In Olive’s memory donations may be made to the Banfield family. Flowers gratefully accepted.
