1938 - 2012

It is with great sadness that we announce Marg's passing on February 11, 2012 at the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Memorial Hospice.

Born December 14, 1938 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Marg was raised in Calgary, Alberta where she met and married her husband Norm in 1964. In 1972 Marg and Norm moved their family to Kamloops where she enjoyed camping, fishing, boating and golfing. Marg loved working in her garden, quilting and crafting and travelling with Norm. As a long time member of the Army, Navy & Air Force Veterans Club and also the Loyal Order of Moose, Marg had a wide circle of good friends.

She is survived by her husband Norm, daughters Cindy Smith and Cory (Wayne) Garrioch, grandchildren Chad Smith and Chris and Leanne Garrioch. Marg was predeceased by her parents Jack and Nora Severs.

There will be a Celebration of her Life at the ANAVETS Club, #290, 444 Tranquille Road on Monday, February 20, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
