Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, June 25th, 2008, of Florence Elsie Quigley (nee Waddell) of Augustine Cove, age 78 years. Beloved wife of the late Russell Quigley. Dear mother of Edrie (Everett) Stewart, Breadalbane; Wayne (Janet) Quigley, Augustine Cove; and April (George) Sherry, Fernwood. Lovingly remembered by grandchildren: Duane (Geralda) Stewart, Deanna Stewart, Christopher and Maxine (David Landry) Quigley, Alexa (Greg Cutcliffe) Sherry, Devon Paige Sherry and four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Also survived by brothers, Rufus (Georgina) Waddell, Jack (Donna) Waddell and sisters, Reta Villard and Mary (Doug) Carleson. Predeceased by her parents Urban and Marion Waddell. No visitation by personal request. Funeral service from the Free Church of Scotland, Cape Traverse, on Saturday, June 28th, 2008, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Assoc. of P.E.I. or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
