McCASKILL, RALPH JAMES - Following a lengthy illness, Ralph James (Butch) McCaskill passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on February 20th, 2012 with his family by his side. Born in Saint John on November 11th, 1942, he was the son of the late James and Cecile (Berrigan) McCaskill. He was predeceased by his wife Anita (Chaisson) McCaskill. He is survived by brothers, Dan (Ellen), Raymond (Cathie) and Kevin; sisters Barbara Morrison (Jim), Claudette McCaskill, Millie Mitchell and chosen sister Kathy Vautour (Kevin). Also two aunts, many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. He will be sadly missed.
At Butch's request there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place and a memorial mass will be held at a later date. Time and date to be announced. For those who wish, remembrances to the "Joshua Group", "Bobby's Hospice House" or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
