It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Theresa Hynes of Terrenceville announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Monday February 20, 2012 at the age of 92. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are Sons Pius (Isabel) of Terrenceville, Joseph (Melita) of Medicine Hat, and Stan (Rhona) of Mount Pearl; Daughters Rebecca Hickey (Gus) of Terrenceville, Mary Blum (Peter) of Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Theresa Power (Max Rodway) of Creston South, and Christina Banfield (Clarence) of Labrador City; daughter-in-law Ann-Marie Hynes; 15 Grandchildren; 17 Great-Grandchildren; plus a large circle of family and friends. Pre-deceased by Husband Joseph; Sons George and Norman, Parents Stephen and Elizabeth Cox.

Funeral Mass took place on Friday February 24th, 2012 at 11:00am from St. Joseph’s RC Church in Terrenceville. Interment followed at the RC Cemetery in Terrenceville. In Mary’s memory donations may be made to the St. Joseph’s RC Church or Flowers gratefully accepted.
