The death occurred at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012, of Wayne Perry of Summerside, aged 62 years. Born in Summerside, he was the son of the late Amos and Marie (Sonier) Perry. Survived by his wife Amelia (Coughlin) Perry; stepchildren Patricia (Barry) Ramsay of Summerside, Marilyn (Russell) Banks of Paugh Road, Rick (Virginia) Kennedy of St. Nicholas; nine step-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers Ann (Peter) Poirier, Summerside, Betty-Ann (Walt) Parkin, Brampton, Ont., Lloyd (Debbie), Alberta, Susan (Brenton) Dyment, Bradford, Ont., Debbie (Rocky) Saraceno, Bradford, Billy (Donna) Perry, Moncton, N.B., Robert (Dawna-Lee) Perry, Summerside; his aunt Dorothy (Ron) McIver, Summerside; and by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by his sisters Linda and Rochelle Perry and by a brother John. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Saturday, then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Paul's Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Friday from 6-9 p.m. Memorial donations to the Wedgewood Manor Memorial Trust Fund would be appreciated.
