Tuplin
Suddenly at his home on Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, of Ross Vivien Tuplin, Fortune Cove, aged 79, dear friend of Janet M Rose. Born in Freeland on Oct. 31, 1932, son of the late Denzil and Florence (Connelly) Tuplin. Dear father to Nancy (Barry) Gallant, Fortune Cove. Loving grandfather to Nicole, Bobby and Spencer and great granddaughter, Hannah. Ross is also survived by sisters-in-law, Ann Tuplin, North Carolina; Hazel (George) Buchanan, O'Leary; Glennis MacDonald, O'Leary, and brothers-in-law Wyman (Carol) Harris, Cascumpec, and Muncey (Leah) Harris, Knutsford. He is also survived by the mother of his daughter, Greta Tuplin, Summerside. Predeceased by his parents, sister Olga and brothers Dave, Jim and half brother Kier and grandson Ryan in infancy. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, with visiting hours Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral will be held on Tuesday in the chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be held at a later date. In memory of Ross, donations to St. Peter's Anglican Church Cemetery would be appreciated.
