MARY KAZAKOFF It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother and grandmother, Mary Kazakoff on February 22, 2007 at the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail, B.C. Mary was born on June 18, 1928 in Kamsack, Sask. Mary's favorite pastimes were embroidery, baking and especially gardening. She will be sadly missed by sons and daughters-in-law: Larry and Louise of Castlegar, B.C., Bob and Pat of Airdrie, AB., and Jack and Alanna of Nobleford, AB., by her grandchildren; Kevin and Cheryl of Port Coquitlam, B.C., Derek of Port Coquitlam, B.C., Jeremy and Carissa of Airdrie, AB., Dustin and Nichelle of Nobleford, AB., and great-grandson Brayden of Port Coquitlam, B.C. She will also be sadly missed by her brother Peter and wife Mable Zietsov of Kamloops, B.C., sister Elsie and husband Bill Kanigan of Kamloops, B.C., as well as many nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her husband Philip in 1999, parents Bill and Molly Zietsoff and sister Jean Zietsoff. A Celebration of Life was held at the Castlegar Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 with Pastor Dwight Soleski officiating. Arrangements were in care of the Castlegar Funeral Chapel.
