SAULNIER, DORILLA - 1923 - 2012 - Dorilla Saulnier, 88 of Bouctouche passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent after a lengthy illness. She was married to the late Adelard Saulnier (1998). Born in Saint-Maurice de Kent on June 1st, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Léon and the late Dométhilde (Savoie) Collette. She will be sadly missed by her seven children; Viola Cormier (Donald), Laura Cormier (Emerie Girouard), Rita LeBlanc (Bernard), Fédora LeBlanc, Jeannine Carroll (Roger), Emerie Collette (Viola), and Laurie Saulnier (Diane) all of Bouctouche, fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn her brother Raymond (Lois) of Cochrane, ON, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three sons; Gerard, Normand, Ulysse, one sister Lorraine and three brothers; Eric, Georges and Eddy.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l'église, Bouctouche on Tuesday, February 28th, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 28th, 2012 at 7 pm with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring. In Dorilla's memory donations can be made to the Dr Georges L Dumont Hospital Foundation. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
