The family of the late George M. Smith wish to express sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who helped during Dad’s illness and recent passing. We gratefully acknowledge your support of sympathy, the many cards, flowers, memorial gifts, online condolences, phone calls, gifts of food, visits to the funeral home and attendance at Dad’s service.

Special thanks to Dr. Robert O’Driscoll for his long standing and dedicated care of Dad and to the staff at 3A Western Memorial Regional Hospital who treated Dad with the utmost respect, dignity and kindness.

Also thanks to Reverend Clayton Parsons and Father Ambrose Hynes, who both officiated at Dad’s service. Their kind words were a great comfort, particularly to Mom.
