ILSE MARGARETE HERTA GOTHE "OMA" On March 24, 2007, Mrs. Gothe of Kamloops, entered into the presence of her Lord. Predeceased by her parents, Wilhelm and Martha Wenkel, her husband Ernst, her sister Hildagaard Wenkel and here daughter Rita Gothe. She is survived by her son, Roland Gothe, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and many friends. She was born February 8, 1918 in Dankerode, Germany. Ilse immigrated to Canada, returned to Germany and returned to Canada again in 1979 to make her home in Kamloops. She had a great love for life, loved to cook, bake and sew. She loved people, animals and her garden. Her greatest love and friend was her bible. She lived for the day she could be with the Lord, which has come and Ilse now passes on her farewell. "Now is the time for me to go. The Lord is my shepherd and he has leadith me. I go now to my Lord and say bye bye to everyone." Special thanks to Judy, Brent and family for the loving family care they provided to Oma. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 30, 2007 at 1:00 pm. at the Full Gospel Tabernacle, 1550 Tranquille Road with Pastor Darrell Hellquist officiating.
