We, the children of the late Mary Josephine MacDonald (Murphy) (nee Dawe) sincerely thank family, relatives, friends, neighbours, New Dawn Enterprises and VON staff, for the many acts of kindness shown on our mother’s behalf following her sudden passing on November 20,2011. Your support and thoughtfulness through cards, condolences, memorials, monetary donations, flowers and food donations are sincerely appreciated. The many and memorable stories and conversations everyone shared about our mother’s life, continue to guide and comfort us during this difficult time.
Thank-you to the dedicated staff of the CCU, Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Father Conrad Murray, we thank you for your spiritual guidance and support; you captured the essence of Mom in the celebration of her life mass. Thank-you to the Catholic Women’s League of St. Joseph’s Church for your hospitality. Sincere thanks to staff of T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel, for their professional guidance and compassion. In thanking everyone we continue to honour our Mother; for she truly lived her life forever young and we have her in our hearts forever. To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die. We love you Mom.
