LOGAN It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Irene Logan. Margaret passed away into the arms of Her Lord at 2:00 a.m. on March 28, 2007 at the Pine Grove Senior Center. Margaret was born to Percival and Elsie Jessop on August 22, 1914. She leaves to mourn her passing are her two sons Robert (Shelley) and Andrew her grandchildren; Linda (Pete), Sandra (Dennis), Bruce (Karen), Brian (Tanya), Debra (Jon), Darlene (Harold), Bradley (Dana) and Bill (Angela) her great grandchildren; Matthew, Mitchell, Ian, Corey, Ryan, Kiefer, Candice, Melissa, Julia, Janice, Jason, Eric and Olivia. Margaret was predeceased by her loving husband Andrew Bowen Logan in 1938, brother Reginald, her parents and daughter in law Beverly. Margaret came to know the Lord at an early age, she has been faithful to her faith which was very evident in all she did. She taught Sunday school and was a member of the choir at the Calvary Temple in Winnipeg, Manitoba where she was often asked to sing solo. She sang "He Washed My Eyes With Tears" which is still mentioned today. Margaret also worked as a secretary at the Calvary Temple on Seymour Street in Kamloops. ,Margaret fell in love and married Andrew Bowen Logan in September 22, 1934. She raised her two sons while working for John Leckie Ltd. (commercial fishing supplier) for 20 years. After retiring, she moved to Kamloops to be near her family. She loved to knit, sew, crochet and read. She made 2 sets of "Pink Lady" and "Blue Boy" in Petite Point which was a big job, but she did it. We will always remember mother giving of herself and setting our feet on the path to God and Salvation, she had a strong spirit and faith, we will miss her but, also happy that she has gone to her reward. "Sleep Sweetly". We wish to thank the wonderful and caring nursing staff at the Pine Grove Senior Center for their kindness and love they gave to our "Nana". Thank you so much, we also wish to thank Dr. Wilson for his care over the years, and the faithful friends who came to visit mother. The Logan Family The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 2, 2007 at 2:00 pm in the Calvary Community Church, 1205 Rogers Way.
