SNELGROVE, CLIFFORD EDWARD - The passing of Clifford Snelgrove of Fredericton, NB, husband of the late Loraine (Robertson) Snelgrove, occurred on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on August 22, 1922 in Glace Bay, NB he was a son of the late Isaac and Julia (Frost) Snelgrove. Clifford was a veteran of WWII and later retired from the Canadian Armed Forces. Clifford is survived by his son, John Snelgrove of Fredericton, NB, sisters, Anna MacGrath, Muriel MacDonald, Jean Muir and Florence; brother, Walter Snelgrove; several nieces and nephews. Besides his wife and parents, Clifford was predeceased by his sister, Ida Hale.
A private interment will take place in Auborne Cemetery, Westville, NS at a later date. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB.
