November 1, 1960 - December 2, 2009

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jim Fraser. Jim passed away peacefully in the arms of his treasured wife Leah and son Brock on December 2, 2009.

Jim will be remembered by all who loved him as a kind and gentle man with an amazing enthusiasm for life and a contagious sense of humour. Jim was passionate about sports and coached minor hockey throughout Brock's life. Jim felt most at home on a lake with a fly-rod in one hand and a beer in the other; alongside his closest friends.

Jim was a man of honour and a friend of many; those blessed to have been a part of Jim's life will always hold him close in their hearts.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Crystal Ballroom at the Executive Inn, 540 Victoria Street, Kamloops, B.C. on Sunday, December 13, 2009 at 12:00 noon.

The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to Doctors: Brownlee, Teavendale, Leco, Taylor and Bishop, as well as the wonderful crew of Community Care Nurses who helped to ease Jim's journey.
