Passed suddenly away on Saturday, December 5, 2009, Mr. James Steven Vincent McLean of South River, aged 52 years. Jim was a beloved member of a family whose knowledge and love of trucks was renowned. He died far too young in years, but with a multitude of loving family members and friends to cherish his memory. Predeceased by parents Thomas and Anastasia McLean; Uncle Harold and nephew Vincent McLean. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Elaine and the loves of his live, his daughters: Stacey and Vanessa; sisters: Mary Fowler (Dave), Helen (Everett) Dawson, Ann-Marie (Doug) Sparkes, Gloria (Lawrence) Mercer, Thomasine (George) Mercer, Lois (Art) Marsh, Anastasia (Doug) Chafe, Alice (Bern) Murphy, Mary-Ann McLean, Renee McLean, Wanda-Lee (Henry) Crane, Roxanne (Joey) Haire; brothers: Thomas, David (Gayle), Daniel (Rosalind), John (Wanda); aunt Annie Linthorne; parents-in-law Doug and Mona Snow and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Moore’s Funeral Home, Clarke’s Beach. Visitation Tuesday 10-12 Noon, 2-5 p.m., 7-9 p.m. , Wednesday 10-12 Noon, 2-5 p.m., 7-9 p.m., Thursday 10-12 Noon. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 2 p.m. from All Hallows R.C. Church, North River. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Makinsons.
