GREEN, OLIVE - Mrs. Olive Florence Green of Apohaqui, passed away on March 9, 2012 at the age of 87. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Blanche (Smith) Kincade. Olive is survived by her husband of 71 years, Murray George Green; her children: Blanche Hendy (Gordon) of NS, James of Apohaqui and Ken (Mariette) of Apohaqui; her sister, Thelma Stilwell of Belleisle Creek; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. Olive was predeceased by her daughter, Edith; her son, Bruce; her brothers: Sears and Lenny; six sisters: Lavinia LaPointe, Virginia Clements, Muriel Munroe, Stella Desruisseau, Greta Munroe and Eula Ford and by her daughter in law Linda Green.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. A Celebration of Olive‘s life will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at 2:00 pm. The interment will take place at Bayview Cemetery in the spring.
