It is with great sadness that the family of the late Margaret Genevieve Lagatdu announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Monday, March 12, 2012 at the age of 73 years. She will be sadly missed by her common-law husband, Charles Alfred Young, one son, Clayton (Donna) Lagatdu, 4 daughters: Yvonne (Rocky) LeCointre, Doreen (Kevin) Benoit, Delores (Duncan) Smith, Violet (Robert) Dunklee and extended family, Charles Edward Young, Angelina Marie (Bobby) Jack, Lori Ann (Jamie) Langelo, 4 brothers: Myles Chaisson, Andrew Chaisson, Henry Chaisson, Caedmon Chaisson, 6 sisters: Alice Simon, Matilda Kerfont, Theresa Alexander, Mena Zilkowsky, Jane Roy, Marlene Rouzes, 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her first husband Aiden Lagatdu. Friends may call at Our Lady of the Cape Parish in Cape St. George on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Friday, March 16th at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of the Cape Parish in Cape St. George with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Marches Point. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home, Stephenville.
