MANZER, REGINALD JR. - Reginald Hastings Manzer Jr., 68, Weymouth, Digby Co. passed away March 11, 2012 at home. Born January 20, 1944 in Ashmore, Digby Co. he was a son of the late Reginald Hastings and Sylvia Belle (Lombard) Manzer. He was an avid guitar player, song writer and singer. He was employed with Saint John Shipbuilding most of his adult life. After retiring, he moved back to his hometown of Weymouth. Surviving are his daughter, Pamela Louise Manzer, Rollingdam, NB; son, Reginald James Manzer, Bains Corner, NB; sister, Elsie Louise Manzer (Thibodeau); brothers, Melvin George Manzer, Arnold Roger Manzer, Gerald Wayne Manzer, Grandchildren, Steven Raithby, Amanda Raithby, Reggie Manzer, Alex Manzer, Ben Manzer, Alexandria Manzer, Simon Kurkimaki, Wilson Manzer, Alaynna Manzer and great grandchild, Keenan Orion Chrighton, several nieces and nephews. Reginald was predeceased by sisters Eleanor Jean Manzer and Myrna Mae Manzer.
