MARSDEN, NANCY - With sadness the family announce the passing of Nancy Jean Marsden, loving wife of Don Marsden which occurred on Tuesday March 13, 2012 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1947 in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Eileen (Williams) Betts. Nancy worked many years as a Teacher’s Assistant and was very much loved by her students. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with family and doing things for others. Besides her husband Don, she is survived by her daughter Laureen (Sheldon) Storey of Westfield; sons Donald and Craig both of Saint John; cherished grandchildren Kalene, Austin, Mackenzie, Brayden, Caitlyn, Keiran and Keegan; many dear friends. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her grandson Brandon.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). By request there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, 2020 Loch Lomond Road on Sunday March 18, 2012 at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made to the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Canada, (P.O.
