FORDE On May 6, 2007 Margaret Edith Rose Forde, passed away peacefully in Royal Inland Hospital, Kamloops at the age of 83 years. She is survived by her daughter Anna (Neil) Koskimaki of Lloydminster, Alberta, her three sons John (Joyce) and Lauren (Ida) both of Savona and Ed (Brenda) of Princeton; ten grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and one sister Amelia Rowe. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Stewart in 1980; two sisters and five brothers. Margaret was born May 11, 1923 in Kamloops, B.C., and married Stewart on October 20, 1943. In the fall of 1949 they moved from Edith Lake to the farm in Westwold where she lived until her passing, 57 years later. Margaret enjoyed farming life and raising her four children. She also loved all her grandchildren, great grandchildren, her garden and her chickens and traveling with the family. She was a member of the B.C. Cattlemen's Association and the Westwold Royal Canadian Legion. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in the Westwold Community Hall, with interment to follow at the Westwold Cemetery.
