At Stewart Memorial Hospital, Tyne Valley, on Saturday, July 26, 2008, of Earl Francis Hickey, veteran of the Second World War (United States Navy), of Tyne Valley aged 85. Born at Stark, New Hampshire, on June 9, 1923, son of the late Michael and Bessie (Soul) Hickey. Dear father of Earlene (Carl) Murphy, Ellerslie; Peter (Chantel) Hickey, Livermore Falls, Maine. Loving grandfather of Shane Murphy, Ellerslie; Donna (Joe) Arsenault, Livermore Falls, Maine; Billy (Mondia) Medairas, Derry, New Hampshire; Chad (Jodi) Hickey, Missouri; Joshua Hickey, Haverhill, Mass. and five great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his dear friend Edward Thibodeau and his five sisters and four brothers. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with family visiting hours only. Graveside service to held at St Patrick's Church Cemetery, Grand River on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Father Blair Bernard officiating.
