DENNIS PATRICK COLLINS November 17, 1928 - May 24, 2007 On May 24, 2007, Dennis Patrick Collins passed away peacefully after a long and valiant battle with cancer. He will be forever loved and missed by his wife of 55 years, Clare, his three daughters and sons-in-law, Val and Ken Brown, Wendy MacKenzie and Ray Bueckert, and Sheri and Jamie Allen, and his four grandchildren, Keith and Kevin MacKenzie and Faryn and Corryn Brown. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Anita Collins, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Allan and Betty Collier, Emil and Carmie Eppler, Aylmer and Lorah Read, Shirley Eppler, and Lynda Eppler and numerous other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his son-in-law, Darrell MacKenzie, in June 2005. Dad was born on November 17, 1928 in Vancouver, BC. He grew up in Oliver and moved to Kamloops in 1950. Shortly thereafter, he met Mom, the love of his life, and they were married on March 29, 1952.
