HOFFMAN 1945 - 2007 It is with such sadness that the family of OWEN NEIL HOFFMAN announce his sudden passing on June 28, 2007. Neil is survived by his loving wife Margaret, two daughters Paula and Shauna (Lorne), his son Todd (Lisa) and his grandchildren Rhett, Jordyn, Evan, Karlee, and Riley. Neil was predeceased by his mother Blanche, father Leslie, and his oldest brother Gordon. Neil was born and raised in Creston, B.C., which is where he met the true love of his life Margaret, who became his wife and best friend. Throughout his years he became a successful businessman, owning his own trucking company and roofing company. He surprised us all with his artistic ability when he discovered a passion for woodcarving. He was happiest when he was spending his winters in Arizona and Mexico, where he was surrounded by his family, and where he had his dinner on the table by 5:00. He was a dedicated witness of Jehovah, devoted to his Creator until the day of his passing. A service and memory of Neil will be held on Wednesday, July 4th at 1:30 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1985 Curlew Road in Valleyview. Reception to follow.
