It is with great sadness that the family of the late Olga Jean Pretty (nee Hulan) announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 78 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her devoted husband Clifford; sons: Jack and George (Bonnie) all of Corner Brook; sister Jane Martin of Mt. Pearl; the lights of her life her granddaughters: Kayla (Andrew Bonnell) of Calgary, Alb., Aimee (Gareth Igloliorte) of St. John`s and Melissa (Steve Lawrence) of Fredericton, NB; and one precious great-grandson Oliver Igloliorte; also mourning her loss are sisters-in-law: Betty Kendall and Helma Day; brothers-in-law: Harold Pretty (Bride) and Reginald Pretty (Lida); nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including Madonna Elford and Wanda Reid. She was predeceased by her infant daughter Helen Rose, parents Marjorie and Richard Hulan of McKay`s, parents-in-law John Henry and Mary Joanna Pretty, sister-in-law Annie Gillingham (Paul), brothers-in-law: Thomas Pretty (Olive), George Pretty, William Pretty (Winnie), Verden Pretty (Linda), John Pretty (Elizabeth), William Martin, Henry Kendell and Charles Day. Friends may visit Fillatre`s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark`s Avenue on Monday and Tuesday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 4 at 2:30 p.m. from the Salvation Army Temple, Citadel Drive with Majors Raymond and Laura Janes officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one`s choice.
