Hayward: Kimberly Anna, 34, of Fox Brook Road, Hopewell and formerly of Truro, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2009 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of Neil and Joyce (Johnstone) Reid, of Fox Brook. Kimberly was a very loving wife, mother, daughter and sister with a heart of gold. Before her sudden passing it was her passion to join the First Presbyterian Church in New Glasgow for her son Zachariah. She loved writing, reading, poetry and animals. Besides her parents she is survived by her husband John; son, Zachariah, at home; brother, Michael (Margaret) Reid, Truro; sister, Patricia Reid (Rick), Truro; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 12 – 2pm Thursday, December 17, followed by funeral service at 2pm, all in the Mattatall ~ Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street Truro, Rev. Glen Matheson officiating with interment in the Riversdale Road Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Kemptown Community Center. Family flowers only.
